How is my cheese packaged for shipping?

We use specialized insulated packaging and reusable ice packs to ensure your cheese stays at the optimal temperature during transit. Each wedge is hand-cut and wrapped in professional cheese paper to allow the product to breathe.

When will my order arrive?

To maintain freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday via overnight or 2-day priority. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM PST will typically ship the following Monday to avoid weekend delays in carrier warehouses.

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and varying customs regulations regarding dairy, we currently only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can provide a replacement or credit.

How should I store my cheese once it arrives?

Remove the cheese from any plastic wrap and keep it in the provided cheese paper or wax paper. Store it in the vegetable crisper drawer of your refrigerator, where the temperature and humidity are most consistent.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find a field to enter a personalized gift message, which we will hand-write or print on a premium card to include in the package.
