Drunken Goat / Cabra Al Vino

This wildly popular goat's milk cheese from the Murcia region of Spain is soaked in red wine.  The red wine gives the cheese a slight sweetness with a tangy finish.  Drunken Goat pairs beautifully with an array of accompaniments including dried fruit, your favorite jam and of course some crusty bread.
