P'tit Basque (or Petite Basque) is a popular French sheep's milk cheese from the Basque region, known for its smooth, firm texture and mild, sweet, nutty flavor, with a distinctive basket-weave rind similar to Manchego but milder, making it an accessible "gateway" cheese for sheep's milk lovers. Aged for about 70 days, it's great for snacking, cheese boards, or cooking.
