Cavatelli is a type of Italian pasta, often described as small, shell-shaped pasta with curved edges, similar to conchiglie, but slightly longer. It's known for its rustic, chewy texture and is made by hand from a simple dough of semolina flour and water.  Try these with any of our freshly made pasta sauces.
