Domenico's Ricotta Cavatelli (12oz)

Our ricotta cavatelli are made with our very own imported fresh ricotta cheese and flour.  They are characterized by their elongated shape with a hollowed-out center, similar to a small hot dog bun, which helps them hold sauces well. This pasta is known for its tender and delicate texture due to the ricotta. 

**All cavatelli come in 12oz containers and arrive frozen.
